BRAMBLE COFFEE
Nestled among the blackberry thickets of Loomis, California, Bramble Coffee is a fictional café inspired by the landscape I grew up exploring. Wild blackberry bushes covered nearly every untouched corner of our four-acre property, creating a place that felt both inviting and untamed. This concept brand draws on those memories, celebrating the rugged beauty of brambles through handcrafted illustration and a warm, rustic visual identity.

Created as a self-initiated branding exercise, this project gave me the opportunity to expand my illustration work while developing a cohesive identity system. The linocut-inspired illustrations were created by carving away negative space, balancing sinuous organic forms with sharp, angular edges to evoke the tangled character of blackberry vines. The project explores how illustration can become the defining voice of a brand.
